Rates

Assessments are billed at $200/hour (one-hour minimum). Travel outside the Spokane/Coeur d’Alene area is an additional fee. A 30-minute follow-up consultation is included for each home assessment of 4 hours or more. This time can be used for retesting after remediation and/or for a phone follow-up. A detailed written report is an additional $250 depending upon the size of the property and equipment used.
